Not really fancy or spectacular excercises but a must do fundamental for athletes to master. One of the fundamentals i spent a lot of time on. Different lunges, hinges and squat patterns combined with different upperbody patterns. In the clip i choose for the overhead. Develop so it is technically clean, try to “feel” every rep and be critical on every rep to yourself. Dont go too fast and progress bit by bit where you can. Skipping phases in building does not last long term. Use a stick, a ball, a band, a plate or a bar and play around with it. More examples follow!
